We have a function called Age check which gives a pop up window with a notification for an alcoholic product. The Age check can be configured in the CMS:

• Navigate to your Language Page template and click on the tab Age Check. Activate the checkbox and write a headline and a description text for your Age Check

Once this is set up the Age Check can be integrated on whole pages or on dedicated articles.

• For whole pages, open the page properties and check the checkbox Show Age Check dialog

• For dedicated articles open the page properties of the alcoholic articles and activate the Age check (Age Check is located at the right bottom of the properties page)

All articles integrated on one promotion page can be published at the same time using the article search.

To use this functionality, please follow these steps:

1. Open the article search
2. Select a promotion page from the drop down menu and click on Search
3. Click on Select all
4. Click on Publish

If a ticket is assigned to you it means following things:

• There is a task which should be carry out by you (for example publishing in CMS, forwarding the topic to the agency, check the findings etc.)
• This topic has been discussed already and there should be feedback (from you) after a certain period of time (for example after an update has been done and the fix works properly)

If you need a feedback or expecting an action from another person then you need to assign the ticket to the responsible person. To assign a ticket you need to click on field “Assignee”, enter the name the responsible person and click check button.

Otherwise there will be a risk that this ticket gets missed out because without the assignee function the responsible person will not receive a notification about the ticket.
