A variety of different templates with different functionalities is available in the CMS and can be selected by the author. Some templates can be configured rather freely by the author, whereas other templates draw their content automatically from connected templates.
In general, not all templates can be used on all structural levels in the CMS. For every template a banderoltext can be entered which gets displayed in the mainnavigation if the page is directly below the startpage.
The following pages focus on the different templates and how they can be edited. Some templates are connected very closely with one another and belong to one subject area in the CMS. These templates will be explained in detail as part of the subject area they belong to in the Content Editing Guides.
The Consumer Homepage is the startpage of the ALDI Nord website
Consumer Homepage DetailsThe corporate section on the ALDI Nord website has a dedicated startpage, which differs particularly from the Consumer Homepage in regards to the header area.
Corporate Homepage DetailsThe Real Estate template can only be used underneath the Corporate Homepage.
Real Estate Page DetailsWithin the Product Category Page certain articles belonging to the same category can be grouped together.
Product Category Page DetailsAll articles can be added to a shopping list page. Furthermore, all pages show a small sign on the top right corner, which counts the articles that had already been added to the shopping list page.
Shopping Liste Page DetailsBy using the Enhanced Product Page both article information as well as editorial components can be used on the same template.
Enhanced Product Page DetailsOn the Promotion Overview Page all teaser information on active promotions are displayed.
Promotion Overview Page DetailsThe Promotion Page displays all articles that are part of a certain promotion.
Promotion Page DetailsThe Press Release Page template can be created in the corporate section of the ALDI Nord website. Text and media components can be integrated freely on the template by the author.
Press Release Page DetailsThe Overview Page Press Releases template can be created in the corporate section of the ALDI Nord website and contains the teaser information of the Press Release Page located beneath itself.
Press Release Overview DetailsThe Newsletter Wrapper Page is created once and defines the header and footer area of all Newsletters.
Newsletter Wrapper Page DetailsThe Recipe Page contains all relevant information to the various recipes: Information on ingredients, preparation steps as well as difficulty levels, preparation time and cooking time are defined on the template.
Recipe Page DetailsIn order to categorize certain recipes into different sections (e.g. main course, dessert, etc.) the Recipe Overview Page is used.
Recipe Overview Page DetailsBy using the template Recall the author has the possibility to place recall information prominently on all pages. The template can be created beneath the consumer’s homepage.
Recall DetailsThe template Magazine Page can be created beneath the Magazine Overview Page. It contains all information that is displayed on the Magazine teasers which are visible on the Magazine Overview Page.
Magazine Page DetailsThe template Magazine Overview Page displays the content of the Magazine Pages located beneath itself by using teaser tiles.
Magazine Overview Page DetailsThe template Editorial Content allows the author to freely integrate a variety of text and media components on a page.
Editorial Page DetailsThe template Editorial Overview Page displays the content of the Editorial Content located beneath itself by using teaser tiles.
Editorial Overview Page DetailsThese pages contain the link to the actual target page and can be used for example for campaigns to generate a short URL.
Redirect Page DetailsThe Footer template is created once in the system and contains links to the different sections of the ALDI Nord website.
Footer DetailsThere are different forms that can be integrated on the ALDI Nord website: Newsletter Subscribe, Newsletter Unsubscribe and Contact
Form Page DetailsIn case of a server error or if an invalid URL is used, an error page is displayed to the user.
