Purpose

If a Contest Component gets integrated on an editorial page, a second editorial page needs tob e created containing the Contest Thank You component. Within this component all possible text Variants are integrated which could appear on the Thank you page, depending on whether the customer subscribed to the newsletter in addition to participating in the contest. Also, in case the customer had already enrolled in the contest previously a corresponding Thank You text will be displayed.

Configuration

To create the component, follow the steps below. 

Contest Thank You component, Tab General Settings
  • Step 1
    Integrate the following in the tab General Settings:
    • a. Heading
    • b. Back Button Label
    • c. Choose path to Back Button URL
Contest Thank You component, Tab Newsletter
  • Step 2
    Integrate the following in the tab Newsletter:
    • a. Newsletter subscription not requested
    • b. Waiting for acknowledgement
    • c. Newsletter subscription already acknowledged
    • d. Newsletter subscription performed
Contest Thank You component, Tab Contest
  • Step 3
    Integrate the following in the tab Contest:
    • a. Waiting for Acknowledgement
    • b. Contest subscription already acknowledged
    • c. Contest subscription performed
