Purpose

A user who subscribed to the Remind Service can unsubscribe himself from the service at any time. To do so he needs to insert either his email address or telephone number and receives a confirmation of sign-off. If the SMS Remind Service is not enabled in the Language Page, the Unsubscribe for SMS will not be displayed on the Reminder Unsubscribe.

Configuration

To create the template, follow the steps below. 

Component Remind Service Sign Out, tab General Settings
  • Step 1
    Integrate component Remind Service Sign-Off in the gray Drag Component area
  • Step 2
    All fields for the Sign Off are displayed
  • Step 3
    Configure     component
  • Step 4
    Integrate the following in the tab General Settings:
    • a. Title of the component
    • b. Intro-Text of the component

  • Step 5
    Integrate the following in the tab Email
    • a. Headline Email address
    • b. Input Field: Email-Address* (displayed above the email field)
    • c. Placeholder: Email-Address (Placeholder text within the email field)
    • d. Validation-Pattern: Email-Address
    • e. Error Message: Email-Address
    • f. CTA: Email-Address

  • Step 6
    Integrate the following in the tab SMS (will only be displayed when the remind service via SMS is enabled)
    • a. Headline: SMS
    • b. Input Field: SMS (displayed above the SMS field)
    • c. Placeholder: SMS (Placeholder text within the SMS field)
    • d. Validation-Pattern: SMS
    • e. Error Message: SMS
    • f.  CTA: SMS

    • a. Remarks: Headline
    • b. Remarks: Text (both is displayed at the bottom of the page Remind Service Sign Off)

    • a. Title: Email not found
    • b. Text: Email not found
