About the development of new requirements and optimizations of the Content Management System.

The dropdown "Newsletter Backend" only replaces the "use Salesforce Marketingcloud for Newsletter Subscription" checkbox in the country page properties.
Uploading article data and images to SFMC must also be possible for countries with a CDC backend, as the dispatch ultimately takes place through SFMC.
For various use cases, we have implemented supporting functions in a small backend, which can be accessed via an specific URL. In order not to bring any unnecessary domains into the website and then also to be able to use cookies, it would be optimal to loop this service as a ProxyPath via the dispatcher, so that these can be called directly in the website URL.
A reverse proxy configuration should therefore be created as a solution.
So e.g. https://www.aldi.dk/sfmc/* forwards in the backend to https://nl-backend-dev.b101901.kyma.shoot.live.k8s-hana.ondemand.com/sfmc/* .
This will be provided for all markets and all stages.
A new social media component has been created which focuses on presenting ALDI on instagram. This new component can only be integrated and used on specific Pages:

Before using this component in the AEM it is neccessary to add some parameters in the OSGI console (Country ID, Name, Account ID, technical key, API)

For security reasons the instagram account data will be configured by ALDI International centrally in coordination with you. Please contact us if you want to use this component.
A new campaign component is currently in the making which can promote a certain campaign and its products. This way a specific campaign can be highlighted for customers.
As the screenshot shows this componen contains a header section, a countdown and a slider.
For this release the slider has been completed and works as following:
The exact way how it can be configured in the CMS will be preseted after finalizing the remaining parts and releasing the whole campaign component.
Important Information
This particular slider can not be used yet since this is a single part of an upcoming component.
A new textfield (marketinglable) has been added in the properties of articles so that the content manager is able to configurate specific text for each article.
Text field can be found in the properties of the article under the checkbox list of flags. The text will the displayed on the same spot as the other flages: Left upper corner of the tile.
However the recall and sold out flags do have priority so if they are active no other flags will be displayed. Rest flags will be displayed in following order: promotionDate, availability, recommendation, marketiglable. A max. of 2 flags can be displayed.
For DE: Same priority and order are valid for algolia tiles, here max of 3 flags can be displayed.
The Flag can display up to 22 characters also this flag can be imported via CSV import.
Important Information
Please use this flag instead of the price reduction field when adding promotional text.
CSV import Name: marketingFlag-countrycode → e.g marketingFlag-de
Make sure to also add the techical key in the AEM before impoting it via CSV.
Note: The price reduction flag will be shortened to a limited amount of characters (11) in the near future.
After modification of the import, it should now be monitored whether the imports are up-to-date on a daily basis.
The test should be carried out daily in the CMS. The check automatically records all store list components and checks the pages generated under them.
An email is sent to "ALDI Digital Marketing Support" if the branch pages are older than 48 hours.
We have currently included the Algolia search slot in the header on the start page, offer page and offer page for the next week. With the new navigation header concept, it makes sense to define the search slot on all other pages as well.
Also the Algolia search slot definition needs to be transferred to the templates. So that when a new page is created, the search is already included and dies not need to be implemented through a content migration.
The Jobsearch V2 has a map view function on default. Therefore it should be configurable that the map function is deactived. This adjustment have been done and the map function can be configurend via OSGI console.
After introducing and deplyoing the theme tiles component it was possible to add this component into all types of template. In fact it should be not possible to do so since for a few templates this component should not be available.

The mapping from the contact form to the Service Cloud had to be adapted in the contact form.
Since the regionalization is already active in Spain, it has been decided to adjust and enhance the functionality. Follwoing criterias has been added:
